Kim Page grew up in the suburbs of Boston. Always drawn to music she began performing in church with her family at the age of five. By eighteen, she dropped out of college to form her first band. Kim became a fixture on the New England music scene for over the next two decades while performing at clubs and concert halls, and making numerous television appearances. After a twelve year hiatus, Kim returned to the stage teaming up with pianist and song writing partner, Peter Orifice to bring a fresh, soulful twist to traditional blues. When asked, Kim will tell you her greatest joy has always been to be fortunate enough to be surrounded by outstanding musicians. Kim’s currently working on material for her third CD.
Peter Orifice - Piano/Organ/Songwriter
Peter Orifice is a dynamic, self taught blues pianist whose playing style has been compared to Otis Spann.
His passion for music began at the age of five when his father taught him his first 50�s song on the piano. From that moment he was hooked and at the age of 16 while living in Massachusetts cut his first vinyl record with an original rock band �WHAT�. In 2004 Peter moved to Naples Florida and played in several blues bands starting with the Channel Cats. He has since played with Frank Corso, Little Eddie and The Fat Fingers and The Kim Page Blues Band where he currently plays and writes original music with Kim.
Tim Ruger - Drummer
Tim Ruger learned is trade in the nightclub�s of his hometown of Philadelphia as well as New York City, Miami, San Juan and Albq. N.M. He spent year�s on the road with the �Fantastick�s� and worked with John Lewis, Lew DelGatto, Bobby Shew, Jimmy McGriff and David �Fathead� Newman.
Evan Dowling - Saxophone/Bass
Evan Dowling is a prolific saxophonist and a founder of Soulful Horns. Evan is a former adjunct faculty member at Southern University and has written, arranged, recorded and performed with such Grammy winning artists as Kirk Franklin, Fred Hammond, Clint Brown, Martha Munizzi, Myron Butler, Joe Pace, Marvin Sapp and many others. Specializing in Funk, R&B, Blues and Jazz, Evan is also accomplished on bass guitar, Hammond organ, piano, and the trombone.
Eric Jeffcoat - Bass/Guitar
Eric Jeffcoat is a live and session bassist who�s been backing up many different artists for the past 15 years. He�s worked with a range of artists from Howie D of the Backstreet Boys, Cast to Bronze, to Brain Duncan as well as playing bass in Epcot with the great world music group Morockin�. He also did a national tour with the group Set in Stone. Eric is currently working with his wife as the Creative Arts pastors of Living Waters Community Church in Bonita Springs, FL as well as playing the blues with The Kim Page Blues Band and Little Eddie and the Fat Fingers and leading his own instrumental group, The Eric Jeffcoat Band.
Ricky Howard - Guitar
Ricky Howard is a multi-faceted Guitarist/Vocalist who plays and sings it all�Swing, Blues, Funk and everything in between! Rick has shared the stage and recorded with Keith Emerson, John Entwhistle, Chico Hamilton�and Pop and Country artists Shania Twain, Freddy Fender and reggae legend Bob Marley to name a few. He fronted his Latin Jazz group IGUAZU in New York for ten years and recording two albums with them. A Rick Howard performance is a lesson in musical diversity and his passion and sense of humor will give his audience an unforgettable experience.
